All eyes on Garth Brooks tickets as Chicago tour launch beckons
For the first time since 2000, ticket sales will begin this morning (7/25) for a full-fledged Garth Brooks tour, starting with the single announced show scheduled for September 4th in Rosemont, IL at the Allstate Arena. Brooks has not played a Chicago-area show in 17 years. [Update: There are now six shows on sale.]

Garth Brooks' first U.S. tour since 2001 and hist first show in Chicago in 17 years will kick off just after Labor Day with a September 4th show at Allstate Arena in Rosemont. Tickets will go on sale Friday, July 25th for what is initially being promoted as a single show.
